Quorum was established and all members were Chair Messana led the invocation, and led the pledges of allegiance to US and Texas flags, respectively. 2. RECOGNITION OF OUTGOING COMMISSIONER BY CHAIR MESSANA  present.  a) Recognition of Secretary Diane Williams' service to the City ofI Liberty Hill Planning and Zoning Chair Messana recognized Secretary Diane Williams for her service and presented her a plaque. Secretary Williams responded with words of appreciation for the Commission. Each Commissioner, along with Interim  Commission. Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting minutes  Page 1 of3  April 16, 2024    4) CONSENT AGENDA  a) Approval ofthe minutes for the April 2, 2024, Planning and Zoning Commission Regular Called Meeting. b) Disapproval of the Reagan Heights Minor Plat, consisting of approximately 34.75 acres of land, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcel R474844 and legally described as part ofand out oft the Burleson Warren Survey, Abstract No. 667, Williamson County, Texas. (M. Hicks) c) Disapproval ofthe 12920 SH 29 Subdivision Minor Plat, consisting of approximately 19.94 acres ofland, addressed as 12920 W. State Highway 29, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcel R022862, and legally described as 19.95 acres part of and out of the John B. Robinson Motion: Secretary Williams moved, and Commissioner Sarah Novo seconded, to approve the Consent Agenda. Motion carried unanimously by a vote of 5-0. Abstentions: 0. 5) REPORTS  a) Receive the Projects in Motion Report, as provided by Planning and Development staff. (M. Hicks/S. Interim Director Hicks presented the Projects in Motion Report, covering the highlighted areas, which had been  Zaparolli)  added since the last meeting. These inçluded the following: Benmark Liberty Hill site plan, which is under review; Whittlesey Landscaping Review one (1) ofplat; and  Sutton Natalie Preliminary Plat, which is for the entire development (east of Butler Farms). b) Receive the Due Next Month report, as provided by Planning and Development staff. Hicks) Interim Director Hicks went over the items in the "Due Next Month" report, highlighting that the Development Agreement Workshop had been moved from April 16th to April 25th, sO that it could be a joint session with the Chair Messana inquired about the other discussions mentions before about TxDOT (Texas Department of Transportation) retiming lights. Interim Director Hicks advised that she would get in touch with TxDOT to Commissioner Bryan Rivera provided the Commission an update on his retreat action item to coordinate with the  Commission and Council, noting that newly elected officials had been invited.  inquire.  media, and noted that an article should be coming out in this regard.  c) Receive Future Items report. Hicks)  Interim Director Hicks went over the Future Items report, noting that there are two (2) more items coming forward, 1)The revised sign and lighting ordinances, and 2) An item from the Downtown Revitalization Vice-Chair Cormack inquired about the UDC Rewrite Update. Attorney Joe Crawford provided al briefu update,  Committee (DRC).  noting that it will be put on the agenda for the emergency meeting on Monday. There can be no deliberation or action taken on  these items.  Interim Director Hicks provided the following update:  Reminder: April 25th.
