Quorum was established and all members were Chair Messana led the invocation, and led the pledges of allegiance to US and Texas flags, respectively. 2. RECOGNITION OF OUTGOING COMMISSIONER BY CHAIR MESSANA present. a) Recognition of Secretary Diane Williams' service to the City ofI Liberty Hill Planning and Zoning Chair Messana recognized Secretary Diane Williams for her service and presented her a plaque. Secretary Williams responded with words of appreciation for the Commission. Each Commissioner, along with Interim Commission. (M. Hicks) c) Disapproval ofthe 12920 SH 29 Subdivision Minor Plat, consisting of approximately 19.94 acres ofland, addressed as 12920 W. State Highway 29, more particularly described by Williamson Central Appraisal District Parcel R022862, and legally described as 19.95 acres part of and out of the John B. Robinson Motion: Secretary Williams moved, and Commissioner Sarah Novo seconded, to approve the Consent Agenda. Motion carried unanimously by a vote of 5-0. Abstentions: 0. 5) REPORTS a) Receive the Projects in Motion Report, as provided by Planning and Development staff. (M. Hicks/S. Interim Director Hicks presented the Projects in Motion Report, covering the highlighted areas, which had been Zaparolli) added since the last meeting. These inçluded the following: Benmark Liberty Hill site plan, which is under review; Whittlesey Landscaping Review one (1) ofplat; and Sutton Natalie Preliminary Plat, which is for the entire development (east of Butler Farms). b) Receive the Due Next Month report, as provided by Planning and Development staff.
