Discuss and consider action related to lighting for the Lometa Regional park fields. A motion was made by James Dickison with a second by Larry Koch to deny the lighting at the regional park. Passed by unanimous vote. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Discuss and consider the proposal from Ira Calkins for the Lometa Market temporarily named Market Park. No city action due to the intentions of this market being held outside of the. JP's office and that is considered County property, therefore the City suggested he approach the county judge and commissioner's court. Passed 2. Pass resolution presented by Linebarger Attorneys at Law for Municipal warrant collections. A motion was made by Shad Hill with a second by Larry Koch to pass the resolution 7012019 for authorizing collections. A motion was made by Susan Hines with a second by Shad Hill to pass the resolution for authorizing the contract with Linebarger, Goggan, Blair & Sampson, LLP for the collection of delinquent court fees and fines in the Municipal Court of the City of Lometa. Passed by unanimous vote 3. Discuss and consider passing Ordinance 070119 which updates Ordinance 072098 pertaining to "Fire Works".An motion was made by Shad Hill with a second by Marsha Laughlin to pass the Ordinance 070119.
