San Saba St., Lometa, Texas, at which time the following subjects were discussed, to wit:  I. CALL' TO ORDER: Mayor Carlos Garcia, 6:40 p.m.  II. ROLL CALL:  Mayor, Carlos Garcia Councilmember, James Dickison Councilmember, Shad Hill Councilmember, Susan Hines Councilmember, Larry Koch Councilmember, Marsha Laughlin  PRESENT PRESENT PRESENT PRESENT PRESENT PRESENT  III. DISCUSS AND REVIEW:  THE CITY OF LOMETA FISCAL YEAR 2019-2020 BUDGET. 1. Council and personnel reviewed the income and expenses per department completing the final adjustments to the FY 2019-2020 budget. The budget has been placed on the agenda for approval at the regular Council Meeting on September 9, 2019at7 p.m.  NO ACTION TAKEN.  IV.
