A motion was made by Shad Hill with a second by Susan Hines to accept the regular meeting and special called meeting minutes for November. Motion passed by unanimous vote. V. REGULAR REVIEW, RATIFY AND PAY BILLS. A motion was made by Susan Hines with a second by Larry Koch to accept the bills. Discuss and take action regarding officers taking the patrol vehicles home. Ar motion was made by James Dickison with a second by Shad Hill to add a Vehicle Policy to the Employee Handbook consisting of sections 9.5 Take-home Vehicle, 9.6 Revocation oft take-home vehicle and 9.7 Use of City Vehicles. Motion passed by 4:1 2. Take action by passing Resolution 11042019FF for the 2019 Fast Fund Grant. A motion was made by Larry Koch with a second by Susan Hines to pass the Resolution 11042019FF including the Grant Administrative Contact. Motion passed 3. Discuss and take action by passing a Resolution adopting required CDBG Civil Rights policy. A motion was made by Susan Hines with a second by James Dickison to pass Resolution consisting of documents A1014, A1013, A1002, A1003, A1004, A1010 and a Code of Conduct Policy. Motion passed by unanimous vote. 4. Discuss and take action by Proclaiming April as Fair Housing Month: this proclamation will help fufill Fair Housing activity obligations as required by the grant.
