I. CALL TO ORDER Mayor Carlos Garcia called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. II. INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Mayor Carlos Garcia led council and guest in the Pledge of Allegiance to the American and Texas Flag and said the prayer. III. ROLL CALL Mayor Carlos Garcia was present. Council members Susan Hines, Shad Hill, Larry Koch, James Dickison and Marsha Laughlin were all present. IV. OPEN FORUM: Sherriff Ramos came to the meeting and spoke about what the Sherriff's department was doing regarding COVID-19.  NEW BUSINESS:  1. Discuss and take action by approving al Resolution for an additional match amount of $15,435.00, in addition to, the initial $5000.00 match amount for the F.A.S.T Fund Grant. A motion was made by Susan Hines with a second by Larry Koch to approve the Resolution foran 2. Discuss and take action by approving the purchase order from HGACBuy, awarding Metro Fire the contract to build al Pumper Truck (F.A.S.TF Fund Grant). A motion was made by Shad Hill with a second by Susan Hines to approve the purchase order awarding the contract to Metro  addition match amount of $15435.00. Motion passed by a 4:1 vote.  Fire. Motion passed by a 4:1 vote. MUNICIPAL DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS, WHEN NECESSARY: MAYOR: Spoke aboutt theft at Regional Park bathrooms.
