LOMETA CITY COUNCIL IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS INSIDE CITY HALL  1001 E: SAN SABA LOMETA, TX 76853  BUDGET WORKSHOP MINUTES  Notice is hereby given that a BUDGET WORKSHOP of the Lometa City Council was held on Monday, 10, August 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Lometa City Hall, 100 E. San Saba  St., Lometa, Texas, at which time the following subjects were discussed, to wit:  I. CALLTOORDER: Mayor Carlos Garcia called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m.  II. ROLLCALL:  Mayor, Carlos Garcia Councilmember, James Dickison Councilmember, Shad Hill Councilmember, Susan Hines Councilmember, Larry Koch Councilmember, Marsha Laughlin  PRESENT PRESENT PRESENT PRESENT PRESENT ABSENT  II. DISCUSS AND REVIEW:  1. THE CITY OF LOMETA FISCAL YEAR 2020-2021 BUDGET FOR MUNICIPAL COURT, FIRE DEPARTMENT AND MAINTENANCE  DEPARTMENT.  Council had discussions about each individual department listed above and the financial line items. They set the second budget meeting. for. August 17, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. and the third budget meeting for  August 31, 2020 at 6p.m. NO ACTION TAKEN.  IV. ADJOURN: At 6:45 p.m. a motion was made by Susan Hines with a second by Larry Koch to  adjourn the budget workshop. Motion passed by unanimous vote.
