CALL TO ORDER Mayor Carlos Garcia called the meeting to order at 7 p.m.  II. INVOCATION. AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Mayor Carlos Garcia led council and guest in the Pledge of Allegiance to the American and Texas Flag and Melissa Cantu led the prayer. III. ROLL CALL Mayor Carlos Garcia was present. Council members Susan Hines, Larry Koch, James IV. REVIEW OF MINUTES FROM THE October 5, 2020 REGULAR MINUTES. A motion was made by Susan Hines with a second by Larry Koch to pass the minutes for the October 2020 meeting. V. REGULAR REVIEW, RATIFY AND PAY BILLS FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER 2020. AI motion was made by Shad Hill with a second by. James Dickison to approve the bills the month of  Dickison and Shad Hill were present. Marsha Laughlin was absent.  Motion passed by unanimous vote. Discuss and act by adopting Ordinance 11022020 Lometa RVI Park, which will establish rules IX. Discuss and act by approving Resnexux al Park Management and Reservations software for the X. Discuss and act by accepting the administrative agreement with TMLI Health Benefits Pool to continue COBRA Continuation of Coverage. AI motion was made by Susan Hines with a second by. Item killed.  XI. REPORTS:  MUNICIPAL DEPARTMENTI HEAD REPORTS, WHEN NECESSARY.  MAYOR: Called for a special called meeting on November 17, 2020 at 7p.m. to canvass the  election votes. COUNCIL MEMBERS: none. Chief of Police: monthly reports  City Secretary: City Wide clean-up will be held on November 13th and 14th.  Municipal Court: Report from Linebarger, they collected $57,616 for FY: 2019-2020 in tickets. Fire Department: Fire Department Fundraiser is being held on November 15th and it will be a  drive thru event. Call ahead and RSVP your plate count.    XII.
