PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Mayor Stephen Brister Hicks led council and guest in the  Pledge of Allegiance tot the American and' Texas Flag. III. INVOCATION Melissa Cantu led council and guests in prayer.  IV. REVIEW MINUTES FOR THE DECEMBER 7, 2020 PARK WORKSHOP AND THE DECEMBER 7, 2020 REGULAR MEETING. A motion was made by Doug Brister with a second by Susan Hines to accept the park workshop minutes.. A motion was made by Susan Hines with a second by Doug Brister to pass the regular meeting minutes. V. REGULAR REVIEW, RATIFY AND PAY BILLS FOR' THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 2020. A motion was made by Doug Brister with a second by Susan Hines to approve the bills the month of December 2020. Motion passed by unanimous vote.  Motions passed by unanimous vote.  VI. SHOWN ON THE MEETING NOTICE).  OLD BUSINESS  1. Discuss and consider the purchase of a custem trailer for maintenance department. A motion was made by Susan Hines with a second by Doug Brister to approve the purchase ofa a trailer for the maintenance department with a max limit of$5500 from unassigned funds. Motion passed by unanimous vote. 2. Discuss the financial operating processes in the administrative department. A motion was made by Doug Brister with a second by Ronnie Cartwright to table this item until the February 2021 meeting. Motion passed by unanimous vote.    MINUTES  3. Discuss and act by adopting an Ordinance 01112021 for the Lometa RV Park which will establish rules and regulations. A motion was made by Doug Brister with a second by Ronnie Cartwright to adopt Ordinance 01112021to establish rules and regulations for the Lometa RVI Park. Motion passed by  unanimous vote.  NEWI BUSINESS  4. Discuss and take action byi increasing Mayor Stephen Brister Hicks purchasing limit from $500 to $1500. A modified motion was made by Susan Hines with a second by Doug Brister to approve the $1500 purchasing limit for 5. Discuss and take action by accepting Kevin Shahan CPA, City of Lometa financial audit for the FY2019-2020. A motion was made by Doug Brister with a second by Ronnie Cartwright to accept the financial audit for the FY 2019- . Discuss and consider action: change all signature cards on the following accounts and CD's held at BancorpSouth Bank, Lometa to show only Mayor Stephen Brister Hicks, Mayor Pro Tempore Susan Hines, Lindsey Grant, Amanda Tower, Doug Brister and Luella Cartwright. Accounts areas followed: CD'snumbered: XX9624,xx1751,xx4147,xx0174,xx1377,and xx3181. Bank accounts: Municipal Courtxx3935, General Fund xx0027,  'Office of] Mayor'. Motion passed by unanimous vote.  2020. Motion passed by unanimous vote.  Cemetery XX4016 and Safety Deposit Box #63133. No action was taken on this item; therefore, it dies.  Council took al briefrecess from 7:34 p.m. to 8:10 p.m. to wait on Kevin Shahan he city's CPA to arrive fort thei meeting to give his presentation. During the recess Mayor Stephen Brister VIII.
