Take action by calling to order the General Election being held on May 1, 2021 for (3) three at-large council positions by Ordinance 02012021. A motion was made by Doug Brister with a second by Ronnie Cartwright to pass Ordinance 02012021 calling to order the General Election. Motions passed by  unanimous vote.  3. Discuss and accept the Elections Contract with the County of Lampasas for the May 1, 2021 General Election. A motion was made by. Discuss and act on renewal of the current website contract between Revize LLC and the City of Lometa for the website: www.lometatx.com. The amount for upgrading the system is a one-time cost of $1500 with a yearly cost of $1375 for 5. Discussion and act on renewal of the current contract between Unifirst and the City of Lometa for uniform services and building services. Discussion and action regarding storage solutions for the Municipal Court and City's semi and permanent records. A motion was made by. James Dickison with as second by Doug Brister to place in the Lampasas Dispatch an AD for bids to construct a storage building with the bid acceptance executed by the Mayor. The AD will run beginning Friday, February 5, 2021 and bids must be turned in by Friday, February 19, 2021 toi the City Secretary by 5pm. The Motion passed by 9. Discussion and action by approving a quote from USA E-Pay for Resnexus website to support credit card payment system. A motion was made by Doug Brister with a second by Ronnie Cartwright to approve the quote for USA E-pay to be the credit card payment processor for the Resnexus website. Motion 10. Discuss and consider action regarding the lift station at the Lometa Regional Park. A motion was made by James Dickison with a second by Doug Brister to contact Corix for help with identifying the issues with the lift station and then to contact a plumber to handle repairs if necessary. Motion passed 4:1 as Susan's phone call was dropped by accident from the meeting. Motion passed. Mayor called for 5-minute recess which began at 8:18pm and council went back into the regular meeting at 8:24pm. Susan had telephone issues and Mayor announced. her absence right before the recess during line item 10. 11. Discuss and propose a time for city governance operation training for Mayor, council and employees. A discussion took place about having thet training after  unanimous vote.  passed by unanimous vote.  then next election. Motion dies.  IX.
