BUSINESS: Note: Agenda items do not have to be taken in the same order as shown  on the meeting notice.  NEW BUSINESS  1. Discuss and consider changes to the employee handbook.  The council discussed the changes they would like to see and no action was taken other than the Attorney has been directed to make the necessary changes and to later present the IV. ADJOURN: A motion was made by Ronnie Cartwright and a second by James Dickison to adjourn the special called meeting at 11:30 a.m. Motion passed by  updated/changed handbook back to the City Council.  unanimous vote.
