NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF LOMETA May 2, 2022-7:00PM  The City Council of the City of Lometa will hold a public hearing to amend the  following item:  ORDINANCE NO. 05022022  AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOMETA, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING JUVENILE CURFEW HOURS FOR PERSONS UNDER EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE; TO PROHIBIT THEIR PRESENCE IN. ANY PUBLIC PLACE DURING CURFEW HOURS; TO ESTABLISH PENALTIES FOR MINORS, PARENTS, GUARDIANS, ANDLEGALLY DESIGNATED CUSTODIANS OF MINORS; TOI ESTABLISH PENALTIES FOR OWNERS, OPERATORS AND EMPLOYEES OF ESTABLISHMENIS: TO PROVIDE FOR ENFORCEMENT; ADOPT AND RECOGNIZE CERTAIN DEFENSES TO PROSECUTION; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; PROVIDING DATE OF ACCEPTANCE AND IMPOSITION; AND PROVIDING FOR A public hearing will be held by and before the City Council of the City of Lometa, Texas on the 2nd day of May, 2022 at 7:00 o'clock in the City Council Chamber of the City Hall of the City of Lometa, Texas, for all persons interested in the above proposed amendments to above ordinance. At said time and place all such persons shall have the right to appear and be heard.
