MINUTES  THE CITY OF LOMETA CITY COUNCIL INT THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS INSIDE CITY HALL 1001 ES SAN SABA LOMETA, TX 76853  BUDGET WORKSHOP MINUTES Tuesday, August 16, 2022  6P.M.  CALL TO ORDER. The budget workshop was called to order by Mayor Stephen Hicks at 6:08p.m. The council meeting could not move forward until a quorum was established therefore the Mayor called for a recess from 6:08p.m. until 6:44p.m. when he was able to'  call to order the meeting again with a quorum. Councimember, Ronnie Cartwright PRESENT 6. - Councimember, Johnny' Towerton  PRESENT (APPEARED BYZOOM)  PRESENT ABSENT ABSENT PRESENT  III. DISCUSS. AND REVIEW:  1. THE CITY OF LOMETA FISCAL YEAR 2021-2022 BUDGET. A recess was taken from 7:28pm until 7:37pm.  Council proposed the tax rate to be set at. $0.3227/100 for FY2022-2023 Budget.  No further action was taken.  IV. ADJOURN: A motion was made by Ronnie Cartwright with a second by Bob Butler  at7:37 p.m. to adjourn the meeting.
