Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney), and' Texas Government Code Section 551.089 * This chapter does not require a governmental body to conduct an open meeting to deliberate: (1)s security assessments or deployments relating to information resources technology; (2) network security information as described by Section 2059.055(b); or (3) the deployment, ors specific occasions fori implementation, of security personnel, critical infrastructure. or Presentation on proposed utilities Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) This Workshop Meeting will start and end in Open Session, as required under the Texas Open Meetings Act. The Executive Session will bel held to allow City Council to receive information/discuss computer control software/hardware implementation for the SCADA system ini the Utilities and Public Works Department, which involves critical infrastructure.  security devices.  systemwide upgrades. Mayor Mancilla recessed the Open Workshop Session at 5:30 PM Mayor Mancilla convened the Executive Session at 5:33PM. Mayor Mancilla adjourned the Executive Session at 6:00 PM. Mayor Mancilla reconvened the Open Workshop Session at 6:00 PM.
