A. The public hearing was opened at 6:03pm with ai motion by Ronnie Cartwright: and a B. The public hearing was closed at 6:03pm with a motion by James Dickison and a C. Ar motion was made by Ronnie Cartwright with a second by Lydia Davis to pass Resolution No. 09262022 for the FY 2022-2023. Motion passed by unanimous vote.  second by Bob Butler. Discussion and possible action necessary to ratify the Property Tax Revenue Increase Reflected in the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Budget. No 3. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOMETA, TEXAS, ADOPTING AN AD VALOREM PROPERTY TAX RATE OF $0.322700 AND LEVYING TAXES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023 TO PROVIDE REVENUE FOR THE PAYMENT OF CURRENT EXPENDITURES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR A REPEALER; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND ORDAININGOTHER PROVISIONS RELATDTOTHESUBIECT MATTER HEREOF.  A. Thej publicl hearing was opened ate 6:04pm with ai motion by Ronnie Cartwright and a second by Lydia Davis. No public present and no comments. Ar motion was made by Ronnie Cartwright with a second by Bob Butler toj pass Ordinance No. 09262022 passing the tax rate for FY 2022 at $.0322700.  James Dickison.  Motion passed by unanimous vote.
