PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF LOMETA CITY OF LOMETA CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS APRIL 3, 2023:: 6:30PM The City Council of City of Lometa will hold public hearing on the following items: 1) Regarding a request to approve replat of Lots 1&2, Blk 5, ADDN: The Meadows, 10th Street, Lometa, TX, Lampasas County into 3 lots each of approx. equal size for re-sale marketing or development. All current deed restrictions for the existing lots will remain in effect for the new lots and a legal survey will be required for each lot. 2) Regarding a request for a variance from requirements of the City of Lometa Zoning Ordinance Sec. 501 pg.55 for new residential lot size (R1) minimum 50X120 to approx. 90X113 feet each still exceeding the minimum of 6000 sq ftarea required by code. The purpose of the public hearing noted herein is to allow members of the public who may be affected by these items to voice their views to the City Council. This hearing will be held on April 3, 2023 at 6:30 PM in the City Council Chambers All persons interested in the above referenced items and potential actions are invited to attend the public hearing and provide comments at that time and place referenced above.
