(11) Executive Session - The City Council of Karnes City may convene in Executive Session in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 (Consultations with Attorney) on matter in which the duty oft the attorney to the government body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of] Professions Conduct of the State Bar ofTexas clearly requires discussion in closed session; Section 551.074 (Personnel Matters); and 551.087 (Deliberation Regarding (A) Discussion on status of application review and hiring process for new City Manager.
