Services  Pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, notice is hereby given of a Special Meeting oft the City Council oft the City of Gunter, Texas to be held on July 5, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. in the Gunter Public Safety Building located at 105 N 4th Street, Gunter, Texas, at which time the Pursuant to, Section 551.127, Texas Government Code, one or more Councilmembers or employees may attend this meeting remotely using videoconferencing technology. The video and audio, feed of the videoconferencing equipment can be viewed and heard by the public at the address posted above as the Welcome to the City Council Meeting. Discuss Dissolution of the Economic Development Corporation (EDC) and the Creation  ofal Municipal Development District (MDD)  Discussion continued regarding Dissolution of the Economic. Citizen comments were given by Stacy Quintana regarding the process. for the board Citizen comments were given by Don Anderson regarding who can vote for or against Citizen comments were given by Anthony Quintana regarding Bonds being issued by the MDD, Sales Tax within the MDD and incorporating documents for the MDD.
