Councilperson Robertson seconds the motion. 5 ayesa and 0 nays. The motion passed unanimously. Citizen's Comments Roy Doolin of 104 E. Bluebonnet Ct. congratulates the newly elected council members. He asked if, when there are platting or zoning issues on the agenda, ifthe documents could be posted on the website, including a map. He also spoke for citizen Lana Mazzo, of8 8000 Scenic Shannon Graef, of101 E. Bluebonnet Dr, asked for the council to consider an animal control ordinance for Parker County. There have been several issues with loose dogs on his street. Ridge Ct, regarding rock and mixed gravel on Old Granbury Road. Mayor's Report and Comments None Items for Future Agendas Mayor Becker suggests Animal Control be on the next agenda. Deliberation Agenda A. Discuss and possibly act on the presentation by Sean Dowden of Waste Connections. Waste Connection has been hit hard by inflation. They are requesting the city entertain a 20% increase. The last increase in 2022. Mayor Becker discusses the optionofhaving: a recycling bin at the back ofCity Hall for citizen use that is open during City Hall hours. This will hopefully prevent people dumping outside the bin. This along with the increase from Waste Connections would be a $3.00 increase for citizens who are trash customers ($2.77 for the trash and $0.23 for the recycling). No citizen comments. Discuss and possibly act on a site plan for Cresson Crossroads Lot 3, a 2.12-acre tract of the Cresson Crossroads, Phase 1 addition to the City ofCresson, Texas.
