Motion carried unanimously.  MINUTE 087:2024  Commissioner Mark Ross made the motion, duly seconded by Commissioner Kevin  Hackler to approve monthly reports as presented. Motion carried unanimously.  MINUTE 088:2024  Commissioner Jeremy Hill made the motion, duly seconded by Commissioner Mark  Ross to approve Interlocal Agreement with Helen Farabee 2024-2025.  Motion carried unanimously.  MINUTE 089:2024  Commissioner Mark Ross made the motion, duly seconded by Commissioner Rick Elliott to table request made by Jeremy Hill to purchase a new motor grader for Precinct  1and possibly use ARPA Funds to buy down lease by $50,000.00.  Motion carried unanimously.  MINUTE 090:2024  Commissioner Jeremy Hill made the motion, duly seconded by Commissioner Mark Ross toi table Barbara Spitzer, County Clerk, request to change the rate of pay for election  judges and clerks and discuss during budget. Motion carried unanimously.
