The Pledge of Allegiance followed. Pursuant to Code of Virginia 2.2-3708.3 and' Town of] Purcellville Resolution 21-06-06, Mr. Neham has requested toj participate in this meeting by electronic communication from a1 remote location that is not open to the public. Due to ai medical condition, Mr. Neham will be participating in this meeting remotely from his home. As required by law, aj physical quorum of the Planning Commission is present ini the Council Chambers, and Town Staffhave arranged for the voice ofl Mr. Neham to be heard by allj persons in the Council Chambers. Mr. Neham made the request within the timeframe required by policy and the Town Attorney has determined that his request meets the requirements for remote participation. The Planning Commission will record ini its minutes the reason for Mr. Neham' 's remote participation and the location from COMMISSIONER DISCLOSURES: which he participated. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Council Liaison Bertaut made the motion to approve the meeting minutes from February 15th and March 7th as written. Commissioner Green seconded, and the motion carried unanimously. Planner Andrews provided the Commission with updates on current plans within the Town. He answered questions regarding the ANX-24-01 application and the proposed sign at the corner of PLANNING STAFF REPORT: Main and Maple. 1Page DISCUSSIONI ITEMS: Outstanding Legal Questions Town Attorney Representative, Gifford Hampshire, addressed some of the outstanding legal questions raised by the Planning Commission. Zoning Ordinance Review Zoning Administrator Wilkes provided the Commission with al brief update to the checklist for compliance ofthe Zoning Ordinance with the State Code. The checklist can be found in the Planner Andrews introduced a memo pertaining to the permitted regulations of agricultural districts and operations and the requirements oft these regulations outlined int the State Code. The Zoning Administrator Wilkes introduced ai memo proposing changes to the Family Day Homes section ini the Zoning Ordinance to be more compliant with the State Code. COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE REPORT: Council Liaison Bertaut explained to the Commission that he delivered the January and February Planning Commission monthly reports to the Town Council.
