MINUTES OF MEETING PRESENT: Members Conway, La Barre, Moon, Smolenski & Stromberg; ABSENT: Member Dudderar, Norman and Brian Young, Esquire Andy Chabalowski, Esquire CALL TO ORDER The meeting called to order at 6:38 p.m. by Mr. Stromberg with a quorum. APPROVAL OF MINUTES -The minutes of April 23, 2023 were unanimously approved. CASE PRESENTATIONS - None OLD BUSINESS Mr. Chabalowski. NEW BUSINESS People's Counsel Update - The current People's Counsel case docket was reviewed by Cases on Layover None Review of Applications Case No. 6011 (John & Jacqueline Hodges) - Variance to construct: a detached garage withinthe required 50 foot front yard setback (10 foot setback proposed) in the Agricultural District, for property located 2810 Mountain Road, Joppa. No action was taken. Case No. 6012 (Jones Family LLLP) - Variance to permit an existing 30 foot high free- standing sign (20 foot maximum height permitted) in the B3 General Business District, for property located 1705 Harford Road, Fallston. Counsel enter this case. The motion carried 5-0. Motion was made by Mrs. Moon and seconded by Mrs. LaBarre recommending! People's Case No. 6013 (OneEnergy Real Estate 1, LLC and OneEnergy Development, LLC) = Special Exception and variance to permit a Community Solar Energy Generating System without the required Type C buffer in the B3 General Business District, for property located 3035 Churchville Road, Churchville.
