TOWN OF PRINCESS ANNE, MARYLAND  LEGISLATIVE SESSION RESOLUTION NO. 2023- 04_  Al RESOLUTION TO DESIGNATE AN AREA WITHIN THE TOWN OF PRINCESS WHEREAS, the' Town of Princess Anne has designated an enlarged Enterprise Zone (1,320 acres) during the past ten (10) years as permitted by Maryland Code, Economic  ANNE AS AN ENTERPRISE ZONE FOR ANOTHER TEN (10) YEARS.  Development, Article, Section 5-704; and  WHEREAS, the President and Commissioners oft the Town of] Princess Anne desire to continue the tax credits available in the Enterprise Zone for another ten (10) year period. NOW, THEREFORE, BE. ITI RESOLVED, by the President and Town Commissioners of the Town of Princess Anne, Maryland, do hereby designate the area shown on the Enterprise Zone Map, attached hereto as Exhibit A, as an Enterprise Zone for the next ten (10): years.
