TOWN OF PRINCESS ANNE, MARYLAND  LEGISLATIVE SESSION RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0L  AI RESOLUTION TO CHANGE THE QUALIFIED SIGNATURES ON ALL HEBRON SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNTS FOR THE TOWN OF PRINCESS ANNE.  WHEREAS, the President and Commissioners oft the Town of Princess Anne, Maryland, havel bank accounts with Hebron Savings Bank, which require updated signature authority; and WHEREAS, a former Commissioner, Garland Hayward, and the former Town Manager, Tracy Grangier, are currently listed a signatories for Hebron Savings Bank accounts; and WHEREAS, at the request ofHebron Savings Bank, the Town ofPrincess Anne must update signatures on Hebron Savings Bank accounts to show President Joseph Gardner, Vice President Orlando Taylor, and Town Manager, Clayton Anderson as approved signatures. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Town Commissioners of the Town of Princess Anne, Maryland, that Garland Hayward and Tracy Grangier shall be removed as signatories on all Hebron Savings Bank accounts, and Commissioner President Joseph Gardner, Commissioner Vice President Orlando Taylor and Town Manager Clayton Anderson are approved as signatories on all Hebron Savings Bank accounts.  THE ABOVE RESOLUTION was introduced and read and passed ai regular meeting ofthe President and' Town Commissioners of Princess Anne on the (th day of Feb. 2023, and ist to  become effective immediately upon adoption.
