TOWN OF NEW WINDSOR RESOLUTION NO. 12-04-19  WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Town of New Windsor have determined to update the existing Personnel Policy and to create instead an Employee Handbook;  and  WHEREAS, a new Employee Handbook has been created and discussed, and a  final version is attached hereto,  NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Mayor and Council of the Town of New Windsor, the Employee Handbook, attached hereto, is hereby adopted, effective January  1,2020.
