For the record the meeting place and time were duly posted as required. MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE: Mayor Travis Marion, Vice Mayor George Walker, Commissioners Authenreath, Scully and' Warnick. IN THE MATTER OF OLD BUSINESS: None IN THE MATTER OF NEW BUSINESS: With respect to Commissioner Walker and Mayor Marion's attendance at the MML Conference the week of June 29th, the stated meeting of the Mayor and Commissioners will continue as planned for. June 231d. IN" THE MATTER OF COMMISSIONER REPORTS: Commissioner Authenreath and Town. Administrator Bonenberger reviewed KCI Technologies proposal. The proposal isi for a preliminary report and environmental impact study to replace water lines and repave streets on Ryan Drive. This proposal complements the information ordinarily required by agencies with respect to projected costs and impacts to the environment, details that are often above and beyond local staff's ability. Proposal details reflect Preliminary $17,470, Environment Impact Study $6,120, and Direct Expense Needs of $460 fora a grand total of $24,050. Again, the information gleaned from: such work is critical to grants submissions and: subsequent awards. Motion was made to authorize KCI to proceed with the preliminary engineer report and environment report for approximately $24,050. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Warnick.
