TOWN OF NEW WINDSOR CARROLL COUNTL,MARYLAND RESOLUTION NO. 03-06-24A  A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF NEW WINDSOR  AUTHORIZING THE TOWNTOFARTICIFATE IN THE MARYLAND CIRCUIT  RIDER: PROGRAM  WHEREAS, the Office of Neighborhood Revitalization of the Department of Housing and Community Development administers the Circuit Rider Program for small municipalities for  professional management services that they could not otherwise afford; and community development through improved management and administration; and  WHEREAS, the objectives of the Circuit Rider Program are to promote economic and WHEREAS, the State of Maryland and Carroll County, through the Maryland Rural Development Corporation, offer a Circuit Rider Program to small municipalities in the County  and have offered the Program to the Town from past involvement; and  WHEREAS, the Mayor and Town Council have authorized the Mayor to execute a WHEREAS, the Mayor and Town Council have authorized the Mayor to execute the Maryland Assurance of Compliance with EOO, Civil Rights, Drug and Alcohol Free Workplace,  Memorandum of Agreement with the Maryland Rural Development Corporation; and  and Other Requirements.  NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of New Windsor (Carroll County) will enter into the Circuit Rider Program for the  Program Year 2025 beginning July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2025.  THIS RESOLUTION IS ADOPTED BY THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL  OF THE TOWN OF NEW WINDSOR THIS 6th.
