Special Meeting Minutes  The meeting of the Pocomoke City Mayor and Council was held in Council Chambers on Monday,  June 10, 2024. The meeting was called to order at 6:39 pm.  Present: Mayor Todd J. Nock First Vice President: Monda Marsh Council Members Diane Downing City Manager: John Barkley City Clerk: Melinda Stafford (Zoom)  and Cottman  Pledge of Allegiance, Prayer by Councilmember Cottman and Call to Order  Review and Approval Current Bill List Motion passed with no objections.  Motion to approve current bill list by Councilmember: Marsh, seconded by Councimember Cottman.  First Reading & Introduction of Resolution 596, FY2025 Budget  Mayor Nock read & introduced the resolution that represented the budget for the upcoming fiscal year  dated July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2025.  First Reading & Introduction of Resolution 597, Fee Schedule  Mayor Nock read the resolution that stated the fee schedule for city services beginning on July 1,  2024 and ending June 30, 2024.
