CARROLL/FREDEREDERICKCOUNTY PLANNERS None Carroll County Planner + Hannah Weber - Hannah updated the Planning Commission on the Water and Sewerl Master Plan. The County is now accepting amendments for the Spring Cycle. Al kick-offi meeting for theHousing Study was held last month. The Consolidated Transportation Priority Letter is going to the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) on February gth, Frederick County Planner - Justin Burker- - Justin updated the Planning Commission on the Annual Report, Pipeline, Open Planning Projects Map, Historic Preservation Code, and The Division of] Planning and Permitting Community Outreach Event. Chairman Ralph Ghent, requested information on the moratorium oft the Frederick County Mixed Use Code. with a follow-up meeting in early March. 5. SITE PLANS/SUEDIVSIONSIONS/DEVELOPMENT PROIECTS Subdivision Plat 1 Re-subdivision ofLot5ofTwin) Ridge Professional Park to allow for expansion of the well pump house. This subdivision is required sO the town will have enough land to add to the existing well-pumping building tol house the PFAS remediation equipment. Steve O'Malley motioned an approval of Parcel B Twin Ridge Professional Park Lot 5 and that the Planning Commission Chair or Vice Chair can sign off on documents related tothis property. Seconded by Kim Buynak. Vote: All in favor, none opposed. NEW/BUSINESS/INTRODUCTION/RECOMMENDATION Special Exception for Accessory Apartment - 204 North Main Street. Under section $12-62-22, the applicant has requested to allow an accessory apartment in their owner- occupied dwelling. Steve O'Malley motioned a favorable recommendation to the Board of Appeals with the staff recommendations, seconded by Vice Chairwoman Martina Hatley. Annual Report 2023 + Approval of the report and signed acceptance letter. Bill Butts motioned to approve the 2023. Annual Report to Carroll County, Seconded by Vice 2023 Master Plan Work Session, Chapter 6, and Chapter 7- Proposed edits to Chapter 6 from the Streets and Roads Commission. Initial commission review and public input are invited for Chapter 7. Ted Sathis from the Street and Roads Commission, Stephen Domotor Council Liaison from the Streets and Roads Commission, Hannah Weber the Carroll County Planner, and citizen Gary Fry spoke on the edits recommended in CHAPTER SIX: Vote: Alli in favor, none opposed. REPORTS/OTHER USINES/FITUREITEMS Council Liaison Report - Councilman Evans, provided the Town Council report for the Zoning Administrator) Report The Town Zoning Administrator approved 15 permits witha a revenue of $230.00 for November 2023, 10 permits with ai revenue of $1,318.06 for December 2023, and 193j permits with a revenue of $6,518.93 for the year 2023. 2023 Master Plan Work Session date - February 8, 2024, at 7:30p.m. Thei next meeting will be on Monday, February 26, 2024, at 7:30 p.m. at' Town Hall.
