CARROLL/EREDERICK COUNTY PLANNERS Carroll County Planner- - Hannah Weber - Hannah updated the Planning Commission on the Water and Sewer Spring Amendment. It willl be going to the County Planning Commission in April for further discussion and then they will send it to the County Commissioners. A kick-off for the Housing Study and will schedule community events to get public input in April or May. Maryland 27 is number 5 on the priority letter, the County Commissioners will be discussing this at their March 14, 2024, meeting and their March 21, 2024, meeting. It will go back to the state by April 1,2024. A Public Hearing willl be held on March 7, 2024, for the Adult Use Cannabis Text Amendment to receive public comment. Frederick County Planner Justin Burker- - Justin updated the Planning Commission on the Cromwell Development and Sheetz Site Plani in the New Market area, which is going to the Frederick County Planning Commission in March. There is no moratorium on Mixed Use, that was incorrect information. All information on developments and site plans can be found ont the Frederick County webpage and. Justin encourages the Planning Commission members to view the website. 5. SITEPLANS/SUBDVISIONS/DIVEIOPMENT PROIECTS Proposed Greentree Pattern Book- The Developer will present the preliminary review oft the Pattern Book. Developer, Frank Potepan the developer, and Kevin Scott from NVR the builder, presented the pattern book and answered commission questions and concerns. Water Map Amendments Approval of Map amendment toi include the mobile home park intot the existing service area. MDE requires this change to allow grant money to address elevated levels of PFAS ini their well system. Vice Chairwoman Martina Hatley motioned to approve the statement as written and read.
