Council members present were Shane Rossman, Dennis Kimble, Matt Chance (via Zoom), Chris Weatherly (via Zoom), and Michael Wright. Shawn Burnett, Town Engineer, Steve Pippin, President, NMCP, and Caitlin Moroney, Main Street Manager, were also in attendance. There was discussion on different scenarios for repair. Mr. McSherry to send proposals. Update on Schedule 1-) England Woods Contributions and Road Improvements Mayor Burhans reported the Town has received the $600,000 payment outlined in Schedule 1 of the England Woods Annexation Agreement. He reviewed the agreement section outlining the possible uses fort these funds and offered some Town needs that could use thei funds for the Council to consider. Mr. Burnett provided an update on the current county and state road improvement planning projects. He advised there did not appear to be an immediate roadway project underway by either agency for which the $600,000 might be used. The Council did not come to an agreement on the use ofthese funds. LIAISON REPORTS Councilman Weatherly said he will have Green Team Resolution ready for the next Town Council Councilman Wright reiterated about the road rage residents are experiencing from the driver in a meeting. white Dodge Ram truck.
