Council members present were Shane Rossman (via Zoom), Dennis Kimble, Matt Chance (via Zoom), Chris Weatherly, and Michael Wright. Speed Camera Disbursement Policy The matter was continued to the next meeting. Town Hall Office Space Planning Costs  Mayor Burhans recused himself from this discussion. Councilman Rossman proceeded over this matter. Staff presented a quote from Commercial Building Contractors, LLC. There was a discussion, and the Council requested that staff research different options to maximize the space. Councilman Kimble asked that this matter be tabled until more information could be provided.
