Councilwoman Harvey  motion. 3-0. Motion carried.  We are looking at a CYTR of $0.3419/100. Last year it was 0.3502/$100.  seconded the motion. 3-0. Motion Carried.  Prefabricated Restroom  Councilman Brady motioned to obtain the information on the Montrose or Kodiak Layout. Councilman Stieringer motioned to move forward with the estimate from RM Rentals.
