Ms. Broude has been very active in the Irvine and UC Irvine communities for many years. She also served in the Peace Corps in Korea back in the late 1960s, and has been very active int the Orange County Peace Corps Association. Vice Mayor Kim asked that the meeting be adjourned in Ms. Broude's honor. Mayor Khan The City of Irvine has been recognized as a Top Workplace in Orange County fort the second consecutive year. Agency/Great Park Minutes December 13, 2022 Construction of the Venta Spur Bicycle-Pedestrian Bridge is complete, and the bridge opened to the public last week, following a ribbon cutting ceremony with the local community and members of the Bicycle Club of Irvine. The bridge provides pedestrians and bicyclists direct, safe access across State Route 133 from the existing Venta Spur Trail to Great Park Neighborhoods and Portola High School.
