Kenneth Vittum, Interim Town Manager advised Council that he would allow $4,000 transfer from the Town Manager's! Discretionary budget to balance the non-departmental budgets  as presented.  Mayor Craig thanked the members for working together on the upcoming budget and Mr.  Bradley for his assistance inj providing the worksheet.  (VDEO14B30-217.49)    - 66-  March 26, 2019  Recessed Non-Departmental Budget Work Session  Kenneth Vittum, Interim Town Manager addressed the Council discussing the General Fund capital projects, sports complex and historic properties proposed budget for the FY19/20.
