Mayor Craig advised Ms. Patterson that she could amend the motion ifshe desired to have citizens ont the committee. Cameron Bell, Counsel stated that Ms. Patterson would have to ask Mr. Webb to amend his motion. Ms. Patterson stated that it may have tol be three citizens as it needs tol be an odd number or another finance person. Mayor Craig questioned whether she would like another citizen or a finance financial. person. Ms. Patterson stated ai finance person. On substitute motion of Ms. Patterson, seconded by Mr. Bradley, to adopt an Ordinance involving Finance Committee and the Citizen Budget Committee Cameron Bell, Counsel communicated that Council adopted an ordinance and that the motion before Council really needs to be to rescind the previous vote to adopt an ordinance that is different or amend the ordinance that was adopted, however the form oft the ordinance is not before Council consistent with Code to consider at this time. Mayor Craig questioned whether a new ordinance would need to be drafted and this motion be rescinded. Cameron Bell, Counsel stated that it would have to be presented to the Town Clerk by noon on the day oft the meeting and in compliance with the code.
