DISCUSSION ITEMS  7.1 Select City of Menifee Outstanding Citizen of the Year  Senior Management Analyst, Edna I. Lebrôn, provided a brief description of the eleven nominees (Jackie Aponte, Michael Cano, Nathalie Gagliano, Stacy Hartfiel, Jackie Johansen, Sheila Lawton, Laura Lester, Anne Marie Novack, Frank Puebla, Heather Committee members were asked to review the bios of each nominee and score them. Once scored, committee members briefly discussed each of their highest-scored nominees. After the discussion, Ms. Lebrôn collected the scoring sheet and tallied the scores. Ms. Stacy Hartfiel scored the highest and was chosen for the 2023 City of Menifee Outstanding Committee members also conversed about the form used for the Outstanding Citizen of the Month. The bios for most of the nominees did not have sufficient information and therefore the scoring process was difficult. They asked if the form could be revised with more detailed questions to score appropriately.
