July 1, 2000  MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL Wednesday, February 13, 2019  SPECIAL MEETING  CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL  Mayor Ly called the special City Council meeting of February 13, 2019 to order at Present: Mayor Ly, Vice Mayor Hume, and Council Members Nguyen and Suen.  5:03 p.m.  Absent: Council Member Detrick. CLOSED SESSION  There were no public requests to speak. Mayor Ly reported the following action was taken in relation to Closed Session Item 2D(2) by a 4-0-1 1 vote (Ayes: Ly, Hume, Nguyen, and Suen; Absent: Detrick), that the City Council authorized the City Attorney's Office to defend the case of Cecilio A. and Lucilia Madridejos V. City of Elk Grove. Mayor Ly announced that discussion of Closed Session items would continue after the conclusion of the Note: The regular City Council meeting of February 13, 2019 was called to order at  February 13, 2019 regular City Council meeting. 6:26p.m., and adjoumed at 8:36 p.m.  The City Council adjourned to closed session at 8:36 p.m.  Elk Grove City Council Special Meeting.
