Mayor Ly reported by 5 - 0 vote (Ayes: Ly, Hume, Detrick, Nguyen, and Suen), the City Council authorized the City Attorney's Office to initiate litigation on one matter, the name of the defendant and case details were not subject to disclosure at this time, but once litigation was filed, the information would be disclosed upon inquiry.
