GIS Analyst Loan Braswell, Senior IT Analyst Ross Britton. PUBLIC COMMENT David Brown noted fundraising efforts by Dreaming Dog Brewery and that the funds were donated to the family of Sacramento Police Officer Tara O'Sullivan. Mr. Brown questioned statements made by California Northstate University (CNU), he felt Dreaming Dog Brewery was being forced to relocate to a facility that was inadequate in size and had no parking, and he believed CNU was purposefully trying to make Brian Erickson, Crystal Cornelison, and Jake Vernon addressed litigation regarding the Aquatic Center, stating the dispute was negatively affecting Big B Construction. Speakers shared their reactions to a City press release statement regarding the matter, believed the City, Willdan, and other entities were responsible for design errors that created the situation, that Big B Construction had pointed out design issues early in the process, and speakers disagreed with negative statements made in regards to Big B Construction's workmanship.
