CLOSED SESSION  There were no public requests to speak.  The City Clerk announced the following closed session items prior to the City A) CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION: Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to paragraph (2) of subdivision (d) of  Council adjourning to closed session at 5:01 p.m.:  Government Code Section 54956.9:  Three (3) Matters  Note: Council Member Nguyen arrived at 5:10 p.m.  The City Council reconvened at 6:00 p.m. with Council Members Hume and Nguyen absent. Mayor Ly announced that no reportable action was taken in closed session.
