PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES Tuesday, February 9, 2021 A Regular Meeting of the Dublin Planning Commission was held on Tuesday, February 9, 2021. In keeping with the guidelines provided by the State of California and Alameda County in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Outbreak, the meeting was held as an online virtual meeting hosted by Zoom Video Communications. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Commission Chairperson Benson. 1. New Business 7.1 Planning Commission Training: Overview of Planning Commission Roles and Obligations, Public Hearings and Due Process, and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Jordyn Bishop, Acting Assistant City Attorney, presented training on the Overview of Planning Commission Roles and Obligations, Public Hearings and Due Process, and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). 8. Other Business Kristie Wheeler, Assistant Community Development Director, informed the Commission that the Sign Ordinance Update that was originally tentatively scheduled for the February 23, 2021 Planning Commission meeting is being moved to the March 9, 2021 Planning Commission meeting. The February 23, 2021 meeting will be cancelled. Kristie Wheeler, Assistant Community Development Director, thanked Jordyn Bishop for the training presentation. 9.
