MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION  OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN Regular Meeting: June 8, 2021  DUBLIN CALIFORNIA  A Regular Meeting of the Dublin Planning Commission was held on Tuesday, June 8, 2021, remotely via Zoom Video Communications. The meeting was called to order at 7:04  PM, by Commission Chairperson Benson.  1. Pledge of Allegiance  The pledge of allegiance was recited by the Planning Commission and Staff.  3. Oral Communications  Prior to Public Comment, Kristie Wheeler, Assistant Community Development Director, informed the Commission that on the advice oft the Acting Assistant City Attorney, Jordyn Bishop, the Love Psychic Conditional Use Permit should be removed from the agenda. The item was agendized to consider a fortunetelling business and fortunetelling is speech that is protected by the First Amendment.  3.1. Public Comment  Shirley Lewandowski, Dublin Resident, provided public comment.  4. Consent Calendar- - None. 5. Written Communication - None. New Business  8.1 Informational Report on the City's Draft Multi-Family Residential Objective  Design Standards  Kristie Wheeler, Assistant Community Development Director, introduced Principal Planner, Michael Cass, and the City's consultant, Jami Williams with RRM Design  Groupe to provide presentations.  Michael Cass, Principal Planner, made a presentation.  Jami Williams, Project Manager with RRM Design Group, made a presentation. The Planning Commission asked questions and provided feedback. Questions were Commission Chairperson Benson asked if there were any public speakers and there  answered by Staff and the Project Manager.  were none.  9. Other Business  Kristie Wheeler, Assistant Community Development Director, informed the Commission that the next Planning Commission meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 22, 2021. The Planning Commission asked for an update regarding when meetings will go back to an in-person format. Kristie Wheeler, Assistant Community Development Director, advised there is no update yet, but will ask for direction and let the Commission know.  10.
