Joint Meeting of the Fallon Village, Fallon Crossing, and Schaefer Ranch Geologic Hazard Abatement Districts and the December 5, 2023, Minutes  of the Fallon Village GHAD Meeting.  3.2 Received a report on the Reserve Fund Study and directed Staff to prepare proposed budgets for Fiscal Years 2024-25 and 2025-26 based on the recommendations from the study, which  included a reduction in the assessment levy.  3.3 Adopted Fallon Crossing Resolution No. 01-24 titled, "Approving the Agreement with H&N 3.4 Adopted Fallon Crossing Resolution No. 02-24 titled, "Accepting the' Transfer of Maintenance Responsibilities for GHAD-maintained Facilities Within the Residential and Open Space Parcels and Ownership of Parcels A and H ofTract 7617 from CalAtlantic Group, LLC."  Enterprises for the Fallon Crossing Geologic Hazard Abatement District."
