CONSENT CALENDAR 5) Before reviewing the Consent Calendar, John Bakker, City Attorney, made a statement regarding Item 5.5 noting that the Brown Acti requires the City toj provide a verbal statement ofany changes made to the compensation of city officials. The proposal in Item 5.5i is to increase the City Manager's base pay: salary by 3.5%, and it would include a one-time contribution of $5,000 to the City Manager's Deferred Compensation account. 5.1) Approved the May 7, 2024 Regular City Council Meeting Minutes. 5.4) Received a report of payments issued from April 1, 2024 - April 30, 2024, totaling 5.5) Approved and Authorized the Mayor to execute the Fourth Amendment to the City Manager's Employment Agreement and approve the one-time contribution to the $12,904,252.45. City Manager's deferred compensation account.
