Mayor Short asked for a moment of silence in memory ofl Lt. Col. Steve Eadie, a Lincoln resident and U.S. Air Force pilot who, along with another pilot, ejected from their plane shortly after take-off from Beale Air Force Base last Tuesday, September 20, 2016. The other pilot survived but Lt. Col. Eadie did not survive the ejection and subsequent plane crash. 6. Councilman Nader requested an update on the resurfaced streets in Village 11, Sun City Lincoln Hills, as residents were complaining about the condition.
