AGENDA REVIEW MODIFICATION - NONE CITIZENS ADDRESSING COUNCIL a) Vic Freeman, al Lincoln resident, acknowledged and thanked Police Chief Doug Lee for his presentation at the Sun City Lincoln Hills forum earlier that day and also commented on the terrible b) Scott Leaman, Western Placer Unified School District Superintendent, provided an update to fires that were occurring in the Napa and Santa Rosa areas. Shawn Tillman, Economic Development Manager, gave a brief staff report and detailed thet four possible locations the museum could be located on at the Lincoln Regional Airport. Steve Hinton, Planes of Fame Museum President, gave a brief history of the museum and thanked Council and staff for their work. Mayor Gilbert opened to public comment: and that it would be a win-win situation. c) Richard Pearl, al Lincoln resident, stated the museum is at tremendous opportunity for the City Councilman Joiner motioned and Councilman Karleskint seconded to approve the resolution. PFE Fee Revenue Allocation related to Del Webb/Sun City Lincoln Hills - Adopt RESOLUTION 2017-225 authorizing the allocation of PFE fee revenues related to the Del Webb/Sun City Steve. Ambrose, Support Services Director, stated the reallocation of funds from the Library and Solid Waste PFE1 funds would speed up the timeline to repay loans and creates stability for thet funds. Councilman Joiner motioned and Councilman Karleskint seconded to approve the resolution. Astrida Trupovnieks, Human Resources and Special Projects Manager, gave a brief staff report. Mayor Gilbert opened and closed the public hearing at 7:19PM with no comment.
