CITIZENS ADDRESSING COUNCIL a) Byron Chapman, a Lincoln resident, stated his concern with comments made at the previous meeting in regards to speaker cards and asked for clarification for completing cards under the Brown Act. b) Ray Perez, a Lincoln resident, stated his concern with traffic and speeding on Ferrari Ranch Road near the elementary school. A brief discussion ensued regarding speaker cards and traffic. 8. COUNCIL INITIATED BUSINESS Councilmember Karleskint stated he had asked for tracking of the Joint Legislative Audit Committee (JLAC) costs at the May 22, 2018 meeting and had received Council's concurrence. Approval of Task Order Amendment No.2 in the amount of $25,000 has no financial impact on the City, as funding for this work is included within the adopted Engineering Department Operating Budget for FY 2018/19 in the following: Fund 223 (Streets); 10.F.Adopt RESOLUTION 2019-029 accepting the. Joiner Parkway - Twelve Bridges Drive Pavement Rehabilitation Project as complete and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion with the Placer County Recorder. Total cost of project construction and construction management is $1,132,958 from Fund 298 10.G. Adopt RESOLUTION 2019-030 authorizing the City Manager to approve the auction of vehicles 054, 159, 197, 699 and the wrecked utility body from truck 656. Proceeds received from the sales willl be returned to the original funds as follows: 054 1992 Ford- Fund 610; 159: 2001 Chevy- Fund 248; 197: 2007 F-150 Fund 248; 699 Bitelli Grinder- Fund 223; Damaged body - Fund 223.
