PUBLIC COMMENT ON NON-AGENDAITEMS = City Clerk Gwen Scanlon announced that comments concerning the recent closure of the skate park in McBean Park had been submitted via email by several residents. All comments had been forwarded to City Council, made a part of these minutes by mention thereof Mayor Karleskint opened public comment with the following comments: a) Resident Byron Chapman via telephone commented on the fact that the ADA upgrades at b) Resident Melissa Waggoner spoke in support of holding a community workshop to discuss c) Resident Randy Carver also commented on the Skate Park closure and would like Council to consider a partial reopening until repairs can be made to damaged areas. He also emailed photographs d) Resident Denise Meyer also spoke in support of rapid reopening/repair of the Skate Park.  McBean Stadium were not progressing to his expectations. expediting repairs/reopening of the Skate Park at McBean.  of some of the undamaged areas, copies attached to these minutes.
