Those items approved were: 7A Review and approve February 16, 2022 meeting minutes. 7B Adopt Planning Commission Resolution 2022-04 approving a Specific Development Plan (Design Review) application for a development known as 'Ardmore at Independence' for TRI Point Homes, including three (3) plans with three (3) elevations each for single family within Independence at Lincoln Development, Unit 6. (Property Owner/Applicant: TRI Pointe Homes, Inc.) 8. Public Hearings: 8.A. Public Hearing Request for a Two-Year Time Extension of the approved Venture Drive Parcel Map with a new map expiration of. January 28, 2024 (APN: 021-564-001); Applicant: Buzz Oates Planning Manager Mel Pabalinas presented the staff report. He explained the process to date and is asking that the Commission approve the extension in order to accommodate on-going review of the improvement plans, satisfaction of the remaining conditions of approval and recordation the Final Map, the applicant formally filed a request for a 2-year time extension of the map expiration on January 27, 2022, prior to its expiration. Approval of this time extension would extend the expiration of the map to Chair Lyons opened and closed the public hearing with no comments at 6:07PM. Moved by Commissioner Cross and Seconded by Commissioner Gilbert to Adopt Planning Commission Resolution 2022-05 recommending approval to the City Council oft the time extension to the approved Venture Drive tentative parcel map dividing an 18.33 acre property into two parcels for assessor's parcel 021-564-001, 1401 Aviation Blvd. (Property Owner/Applicant: Buzz Oates Construction). General Plan and Housing Element Annual Progress Report 2021 Senior Planner Robert Poetsch presented the Report for Commissioners consideration explaining changes since the last report. He is asking that the Commission make the following findings: under Section 15378 oft the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) guidelines. 1. 2. Determine that the General Plan and Housing Element Annual Progress Report is not a project Review the 2021 General Plan and Housing Element Annual Progress Report (APR/HE) and recommend that the City Council receive and authorize that the Annual Progress Report and Housing Element Reporting be sent to the State of California Housing and Community Development (HCD).
