EPIC SPORTS CARDS - Conduct a public hearing, Determine that the project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Section 15301, Class 1 Existing Facilities and Adopt RESOLUTION 2022-09 approving a Conditional Use Permit for the sale and on-site consumption of alcoholic beverages in conjunction with a sports card memorabilia store, Epic Sports Cards. The project is located at 731 Sterling Parkway, Suite 300 (APN 1330-190-004-000); Applicant: Chair Lyons opened and closed the public hearing at 6:26PM with no public comment.
